The Brita GERF-100 Replacement filter fits GErefrigerators with a round white white plastic filter, typically mounted insidethe refrigerator at the rear of the compartment above the top shelf.
The GERF-100 filter replaces these older filter part numbers:
GE SmartWater GWF, GWFA, GWF01, GWF06, MWFA as well as the current MWF.
Refrigerator manufacturers recommend that fridge filters be replaced every 6months or when the change filter light comes on.
