Postage / Delivery
 
All our postage is handled with our preferred courier,



You should expect to receive your item within a minimum of 2 days (next day delivery) or 5 working days maximum - depending on your location.
For special requests such as express post or overseas deliveries,
please email us prior to placing your order

Please note that a courier service is unable to deliver to a 'PO Box' address, so our dispatch team may contact you for an alternate street address depending on the size of your order.

If you have NO alternative other than your PO box, please add the following note in the 'messages / other details' section of your order.
'PO BOX DELIVERY REQUIRED'
 
Payment

14.01.10 Our issues with paypal are now cleared, so you can once again shop using paypal. Thank you to all our customers for your patience and we appreciate your business.
For shipped items we accept direct deposit, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard (card payments preferred).
For local pickup, we accept cash, Visa and Mastercard.
Warranty
 
All items sold on this site are covered by Coffee Crafts 12 month parts and labour warranty. If an item is found to be defective in design or construction it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
 
Refunds

We do not normally give refunds if you:

  • simply change your mind, or
  • make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:

  • are faulty
  • have been wrongly described
  • are different from a sample shown to you, or
  • do not do what they are supposed to.

Canceled Orders

Orders that are canceled by the customer for whatever reason, which require the full sale amount to be refunded, (in the event that alternate merchandise is not taken in place of the canceled order), may attract the following processing / cancellation fees:

(charged at the discretion of Coffee Craft - case by case basis)

Orders over $100 - attract a $30 processing / cancellation fee

Orders under $100 - attract a $15 processing / cancellation fee.

If alternate merchandise is taken, no fee will be charged.
